Description:A blogging activity of Janice Sakata-Schultze related to her travel copywriting business

Our new client, Janice Sakata-Schultze, a travel industry copywriter based in Golden, CO asked us for a unique solution recently.

She already owned a well-designed business website: http://schultzetravelcommunications.com/. She wanted us to separate her popular travel blog “Cali-Colorado Traveler” from her copywriting business website and place the travel articles on their own separate site.

This project required these steps:

  • Removing the travel blog entries from schultzetravelcommunications.com.
  • Creating a dedicated blog site calicoloradotraveler.com and place the blog entries in that new site.
  • Rainmaker was to be the hosting service for the new site.

Technical Details

The largest amount of work we put into Calicoloradotraveler.com was in matching the appearance of her original site.

The theme style matching work that we did on Calicoloradotraveler.com – requiring heavy Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) programming – resulted in an eye-catching, relaxed theme with cool colors.
